She is a Registered Respiratory Therapist, Polysomnographic (Sleep) Technologist & is certified in Clinical Sleep Health. She is competent in educating & working directly with sleep medicine patients, families and practitioners to coordinate and manage patient care while improving outcomes.
The Insomnia program was developed from Dr. Gregg Jacobs' research. It replicates the CBT-I program developed and tested at Harvard Medical School.
